This training program has been approved by the Chief Prevention Officer with the Ministry of Labour.
The half day session includes basic theory awareness training followed by a practical “hands on” component.
The objective of this program is to reinforce key learning outcomes for workers who have been previously certified in Working at Heights with expiring or newly expired certificates.

This training complies with Transport Canada’s Act and Regulations for transporting dangerous goods on the highways and byways of Canada. Anyone who handles dangerous goods must have a certificate of training or be supervised by someone who has a certificate of training.

This training focuses on the dangers associated with working in areas where falling to a lower level is a possibility. The use and maintenance of fall arrest equipment is part of this session, which includes donning and inspection of fall arrest equipment.

This training meets the CSA Standard for Scissor Lift and Zoom Boom Training. It includes a half-day in-class theory session with written test followed by a practical evaluation using the machinery the employee would normally use and performing the normal every day tasks expected. Fall Protection training is a prerequisite for this program.
