Booking Training Sessions:
Clients can book training sessions at our facility or theirs. We will endeavour to provide convenient dates and times.
For training sessions booked at the client’s facility we offer a group rate plus a small per person charge to offset material expenses. These group rates are designed with cost savings in mind for the client.
Training sessions are also available on a monthly schedules basis at our facility. These are priced on an individual basis.
Payment for Training:
A credit card number is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise indicated. For quoted group-rate sessions the quoted amount will be the minimum amount charged. if there are additional participants in a group rate situation the materials amount, per person, will be added.
Individuals booking training in a scheduled class will be required to pay by credit card, interac or cash at the time of registration.
Cancellation of Training:
Cancellation by HRS Group:
HRSGroup Inc. reserves the right to cancel training due to lack of participants or other reasons outside of our control. We will reimburse the full price of the training to the credit card on file.
Cancellation by Client:
If the client has to cancel their training for any reason the reimbursement policy applies:
Five (5) business days prior to the training session – full refund to the credit card on file.
Three (3) business days prior to the training session – half refund to the credit card on file.
Two (2) business days or less prior to the training session – NO REFUND
The client is required to speak on the phone or in person to a member of our staff in order to have their cancellation and any applicable refund accepted. Emails or faxes will not be accepted other than as confirmation. HRSGroup Inc. will email or fax a confirmation of cancellation and any applicable refund.
