Walking and Working Surfaces Inventory:

Our consultants will perform a thorough evaluation of all work surfaces (floors, steps, stairways, ladders, fire escapes, doorways, elevators, catwalks, mezzanines, and roof tops) to determine if any hazards exist. The most common hazards are slips, trips, and falls when dealing with walking and working surface hazards. All hazards will be documented using assessment forms and photographs, given a rating on a hazard risk matrix, and controls will be suggested to eliminate and/or mitigate the risk. Final reports on findings will be turned over to the client (these final reports can be paper, digital or both and findings can also be inventoried on a spread sheet).

Confined Space Inventory/Assessments:

For workplaces that already have an inventoried list of Confined Spaces on-site, our consultants will perform a thorough re-evaluation of the identified spaces. Once evaluated, assessments will be created and turned over to the client.

For workplaces that do not have an inventoried list of Confined Spaces or are unsure if Confined Spaces even exist on-site, our consultants will perform a thorough walk through of the entire facility and identify all Confined Spaces. Once evaluated, assessments will be created and turned over to the client – including an inventoried spread sheet.

In both scenarios, clients will receive finished assessments – digitally. We also include photos of the Confined Space for reference and training purposes. Assistance to prepare entry procedures and other documents is also available.
