A worker fell from a ladder and suffered permanent injuries while performing electrical wiring work. The worker was an employee of GMJ Electric Inc., an electrical contracting company. The employee’s immediate supervisor was Gino Martignago.

On June 17th, 2017, a placement worker from Sheridan College was working at the K-G Spray-Pak Inc., a manufacturer and packager of aerosol products and was injured after being caught in a conveyor belt.

An employee of Coco Paving Inc., 949 Wilson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, a heavy civil construction company, was killed when steel casing rolled while being moved by a forklift. The accident happened on November 2, 2015 on a road reconstruction project on Highway 7 near Sciberras Road in Markham, Ontario.
