Cancellation Policy

If payment is received in advance of a training session, the Client can expect the following:

  • FULL REFUND if notification of cancellation is received five (5) business days prior to a scheduled training session.
  • HALF A REFUND if notification of cancellation is received three (3) business days prior to a scheduled training session.
  • NO REFUND will be provided if notification of cancellation is received two (2) business days, or less, prior to a scheduled training session.

If a client has arranged to be invoiced for a training session, the Client can expect the following:

  • NOT INVOICED if notification of cancellation is received five (5) business days prior to a scheduled training session.
  • INVOICED 50% of the cost of the training session if cancellation is received three (3) business days prior to a scheduled training session.
  • INVOICED THE FULL AMOUNT if cancellation is received two (2) business days, or less, prior to a scheduled training session.

In the event participants DO NOT SHOW UP for a training session when a trainer attends the client’s location, the client will be invoiced $400.00 to cover our costs. The cost of the training will not be charged.

Notification of cancellation must be made by telephone or email in order to have any applicable refund accepted.

Payment Policy

Working at Heights – Full and Refresher:

  • To reserve your seat, payment must be made before the date of training.
  • You must provide your prior working at heights certificate in order to book the refresher course.
  • If you do not show up, no refund will be provided.
