It is important to note that our company started blogging just over a year ago, November 2010. In that time, we began receiving comments and our first 10,000 comments were received by September,2011 which would have taken about 9 months to accomplish this. As of December 08, 2011, HRS Group Inc. has processed over 20,000 comments. This would account for 10,000 comments over a 3 month timeframe, something we were not ready for. Nice to accomplish but we were not ready for such a response! I sure have a lot of work ahead!

Smith Steel & Fabrication Inc. pleaded guilty and was fined $28,000 on December 3, 2009, for a violation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) after failing to comply with an order. Leonard Eagle, director of the company, was fined $8,000.

Reid & Deleye Contractors Ltd. of Courtland was fined $50,000 on November 27, 2009, for a violation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) after a worker was injured. K & S Forming Inc., a London-based concrete forming company, was fined a total of $50,000 in the same incident and one of its supervisors was also fined $4,000 for violations under the OHSA.
