Fer-Pal Construction Ltd. failed, as an employer, to ensure that the measures and procedures prescribed by section 71 of O. Reg. 213/91: Construction Projects were carried out, contrary to section 25(1)(c) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Additionally, Antonio Visconti, as a supervisor, contravened section 27(1)(a) of the Act.
